SAFE AND FAST DELIVERY
Your painting will be professionally packaged in a high quality tube to ensure the safety during transport. Your painting is ready to be shipped via registered post including tracking number after receiving of payment. Domestic delivery time varies between 2 to 5 business days and international delivery time varies between 7 to 14 business days depending on location. Upon receiving your painting, it can be stretched by any good framer. I can assist you with possible contacts. |
COMMISSIONS
Request a custom order and have something made just for your home. I can create a unique painting at any size, colour scheme and shape. If you wish to get an original piece of art of your beloved pet or have a photo of your favourite animal recreated, please contact me to further discuss. Once I have received your order, I will start to create a draft of your painting and within 3-4 days I will send you a photo of the draft for your acceptance. After that I will start the painting and send you an image of the actual painting for your acceptance. You can cancel the order and get a full money refund at any time. Please note paintings may take up to 3 weeks to fully dry before I can safely send it. |

DAMAGED PAINTING
Your painting is insured during transit against loss, theft and damage. If the painting arrives and it is damaged in any way, I will refund your full payment immediately after receiving a proof (picture) of the damage. The painting will need to be sent back to myself and costs will be covered by me. |
RECREATIONS
I provide the option on selected paintings to be recreated. Your painting will be created in a similar style, colour and size. Once I have received your order, I will start to create the painting and send you an image of the actual painting for your acceptance. You can cancel the order and get a full money refund at any time. Please note paintings may take up to 3 weeks to fully dry before I can safely send it. |

RETURNS
Returns on original paintings are only accepted after 3 days of receiving your painting. The painting must be packaged in the same way it arrived. Once I get the painting to my satisfaction I will send you a refund for the painting’s value only (postage not included). |
CANCEL ORDER
You can cancel your purchase for any reason only before the painting is shipped and receive a full refund. |
